Cogswell Surveys are committed to providing a service that exceeds client’s expectations every time.  To do this, we need you, a mid-to-senior level Planner who has:

done the hard yards working with the Resource Management Act (RMA) and other Planning legislation day to day

a suitable Environmental Planning tertiary qualification

relevant experience dealing with the preparation of Resource Consent applications and navigating Council processes

Capability managing projects

Ability to communicate well, build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Developers, Engineers, Architects, Surveyors, Contractors and Council staff

a positive and can-do attitude

the inner drive and motivation to succeed, and can help other team members succeed and achieve excellent outcomes for our clients

Is innovative and solution orientated
