CAMBRIDGE ROAD
The C3 structure plan area of approximately 40 ha is the next large tract of land to be opened up for development and Cogswell Surveys have been working with the clients to develop a structure plan that will provide the framework for future residential growth in this cell on the northern side of Hamilton Road opposite Te Awa Lifecare Village.
This area will incorporate a new school, commercial area and a mixture of residential density surrounding this.
The engineering team are working in conjunction with McCaffery Engineering Consultants to provide design and construction support services, with works programmed to start later in 2020.
The Cogswell Surveys team been engaged to provide the necessary support services for the anticipated staged development of this area over the next few years.
