Cogswell Surveys won the 2014 New Zealand Institute of Surveyors Silver Award of Excellence with the Cable Undergrounding Project at St Kilda. The Gold Level winner was Surveying for SCIRT, Christchurch – Stronger Christchurch Infrastructure Rebuild Team. Our directors, Phil Cogswell and Pete McLachlan along with St Kilda Cambridge director Matt Smith, were at the ceremony to receive the award.
