St Kilda in association with Cogswell Surveys and BECA won the 'Urban Land Development Property Award’ at the New Zealand Property Awards 2014 receiving an achievement of ‘Excellence’. A black tie function was held at the Wynyard Events Centre in Auckland with an attendance of 1,100 people. This prestigious award is a great recognition of the unique vision and amazing amount of work that has gone into creating the beautiful St Kilda Cambridge sub division.
